Dingle Clark has a wide ranging Common Law practice. He deals with all aspects of Child and Family law. His previous experience as a Coroner means he takes a particular interest in medico legal matters and he has a much experience in non-accidental injury cases including the cross examination of medical experts.
He continues to appear in complex financial provision disputes often dealing with big money cases with an emphasis on hidden and overseas assets.
His criminal practice means he has been involved in most of the leading Courts Martial in recent years in England, Germany and Cyprus, as well as Basra. In the last decade he has been regularly instructed in trials of serious sexual offences throughout the country.
Dingle has considerable experience of Inquests and Tribunal work including the FSA, the HRA / Jockey Club and the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal. Having dealt with a number of money laundering and confiscation cases: he was involved in one of the first, of few, insider dealing trials. As well as lecturing solicitors on professional conduct, he regularly advises golf and other sports clubs on developments relating to changes in club and licensing law.
