Victoria specialises in serious crime and associated areas. Whilst mainly defending, she has a growing prosecution practice. Victoria is experienced in areas closely allied to crime, namely prison law, cash forfeiture and condemnation.
Victoria is a strong advocate who fully appreciates the value of continuity of representation. She has an eye for detail and believes in the importance of thorough preparation. Victoria is not afraid to challenge a decision be it by way of appeal, judicial review or stating of a case.
Victoria read philosophy and theology at Worcester College, Oxford before completing the GDL at City Law School, London. She completed pupillage at Argent Chambers in 2010 and has been a member of chambers since then.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Victoria worked for a leading West London firm of criminal defence solicitors where she was responsible for managing a large proportion of the firm’s Magistrates’ and Crown Court cases and advised clients at the police station.
