Family Barrister

Victoria practises principally in financial remedy and private law children cases, including cases with international elements and those involving significant factual and legal complexity.

Notable Cases

  • B v T (2015): obtained extensive contact for a parent in circumstances where the child’s medical condition and numerous allegations were being cited as reasons for there being no contact at all.
  • L v L (2011): matrimonial finance case with conduct issues and an international element. Won 100% of the assets for the client.
  • S v S & M (2009): obtained a declaration of parentage for the mother where the father had died before the child was born, and his family did not know of the mother’s existence.
  • Re B (Residence Order) [2007] All ER (D) 280 (Feb) FD (Hogg J): successfully opposed the father’s appeal against the making of a residence order.
