Dr Anton van Dellen has been instructed to represent Alison Lapper for the inquest investigating the death of her son, Parys. The sculpture by the artist Marc Quinn of Ms Lapper pregnant with Parys was displayed on the fourth plinth in Trafalgar Square from 2005 and 2007. At the Pre-Inquest Review at West Sussex Coroner’s Court, concern was raised about the position of the Mental Health Trust. The inquest has been listed in May 2020.
