Alan Bates (barrister) and Louise Boyes (solicitor non-practising) will consider the new data protection laws and how charities and campaign groups will need to adapt their privacy and data policies.

This seminar will include guidance about the new law, including the latest from the ICO, what data will be covered and the impact on fundraising, marketing and investigations.

There will also be an opportunity for questions and discussion.
