Dingle Clark has a wide-ranging common law practice. He has recently been involved in the first ‘war crimes’ Court Martial arising out of the alleged ill treatment of Iraqi civilians by British soldiers in Basra.

His experience as a Coroner means he takes a particular interest in medico legal matters. As a former lecturer at the LSE and a director of the Provident Reliance and the Holloway Friendly Society he has worked in and advised on Financial Services regulatory matters.

He has considerable experience of tribunal work including the FSA, the HRA / Jockey Club and the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal. Having dealt with a number of money laudering and confiscation cases: he was involved in one of the first, of very few, insider dealing cases under the CJA 1993.

As well as lecturing solicitors on professional conduct, he regularly advises golf clubs on developments relating to changes in club and licensing law. His common law practice also covers landlord / tenant law.
