Our team of specialist barristers are able to provide advisory services and representation in all courts and specialist tribunals including the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) and the FTT Property Chamber. Members are also frequently instructed in non-contentious matters, providing focused and effective advice, including the interpretations of leases, transfers, contracts and development agreements.

Our members have a wealth of experience in dealing with the full range of disputes and issues in relation to land and real property; including existing or claimed public or private rights and interests in and over land, including rights of way, restrictive covenants, rights to light and so called “ransom strips”.
