Paul Richardson is a specialist in the field of Immigration.
The first half of his career was spent as a successful practitioner in criminal law, where he concentrated on developing a busy defence practice, including cases covering the complete range of serious crime and fraud to murder.
However, for over 10 years now, Paul has increasingly concentrated on immigration law and, with the exception of certain specialist areas of crime, now practices solely in this area.
Paul’s work includes cases in the First Tier and Upper Tribunals, Judicial Review work, both in the Upper Tribunal and the Administrative Court, and cases in the Court of Appeal. He is an extremely experienced advocate at all levels and has a high success rate.
As well as advocacy, Paul prides himself on the quality of his written work, which includes advices and specialist immigration pleadings and grounds, and is usually able to complete such work within a very strict time frame.
In addition to a busy immigration practise, Paul also holds two judicial appointments as a Tribunal Judge in both the War Pensions and Armed Forces Compensation Chamber and the Social Entitlement Chamber.
Paul is a qualified Direct Access barrister and is therefore able to receive instructions directly from the public.
