Mr Page is developing an expanding practice in civil & regulatory and criminal work.

Mr Page is well regarded for taking a professional and thorough approach to each case whilst maintaining his down to earth approachable style.

Before coming to the Bar, Mr Page had spent a period of some 5 years in Local Authority work as an in-house lawyer covering employment law, discrimination law, Landlord and Tenant, possession proceedings, Judicial Review and regulatory work. Moreover, he was employed as a Racial Equality Officer for Harrow Council for Racial Equality representing clients upon discrimination law.

Mr Page is a part time Associate Lecturer for the Open University upon the undergraduate law degree programme.

Civil Barrister

Mr Page’s regulatory experience encompasses representing nurses and social workers at Fitness to Practice hearings.

Mr Page has a growing employment practice representing clients at both the ET and EAT.

Notable Cases

  • London NHS Trust v (Respondents) v Verma (Appellant) [2013] UKSC 20: Stephen was led in the Supreme Court case, dealing with doctors’ contractual terms and conditions.

Crime Barrister

Mr Page has a strong criminal practice, regularly appearing in the crown court, magistrates and youth courts.

He has successfully represented clients on a wide range of offences including robbery, firearms, burglary and sexual offences. Stephen also has experience of complex motoring offences, including dangerous, drink drive offences.

Mr Page has experience of complex driving cases representing Defendants charged with Drink Driving / in charge, careless and dangerous driving, speeding and other motoring offences.
