Charlotte Bull is an experienced and highly regarded Junior, specialising in Crime. Charlotte successfully completed pupillage at Goldsmith Chambers and became a Tenant in 2017. Charlotte accepts instructions to prosecute and defend across the full spectrum of criminal offences.

Charlotte brings a wealth of experience from her three years at the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) as a Senior Crown Prosecutor and an Acting District Crown Prosecutor. During her tenure at the CPS, Charlotte led prosecutions on high profile multi-handed county lines cases, attempted murders and firearms offences. She played a pivotal role in driving organisational change, particularly in the approach to evidence led domestic abuse cases. Her work on Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) was hailed within the CPS as: “inspirational… a pioneer in this area for the organisation”.

Charlotte also spent a year working on the Rape and Serious Sexual Offences (RASSO) Unit within the CPS. Charlotte acted as reviewing lawyer for a number of successful prosecutions of rape, child sexual abuse and non-recent sexual offences. Charlotte acted as a pupil supervisor.
