Jacqueline Caspi

Jacqueline joins Goldsmith Chambers following a period away from the Bar, during which she was engaged in various professional roles, including teaching contract and company law at the University of Oxford. She is now redeveloping her practice in civil and commercial law.

She previously practised from 1GIS Chambers, where she maintained a broad civil practice. Her work included drafting pleadings, opinions and skeleton arguments in contractual and commercial disputes, and advising on matters including insolvency, banking and trusts. She has experience of county court litigation, including landlord and tenant and personal injury claims, and has appeared in the High Court in relation to insolvency and bankruptcy matters. Her work also included applications for injunctions and the enforcement of judgment debts.

Jacqueline accepts instructions in civil and commercial matters and is particularly interested in redeveloping her practice in commercial, insolvency and general civil litigation. She also accepts Direct Access work.

In addition, Jacqueline is an accredited mediator.
