Jamil is a public and human rights lawyer, specialising in personal and business immigration, international protection and nationality law.  He has over a decade’s experience representing individuals at all levels in appeals and judicial reviews raising issues of asylum & international protection, trafficking, unlawful detention, human rights, EU and nationality law. He also regularly advises and acts for businesses and charitable organisations in immigration matters.

Jamil has developed a reputation for excellent client care, thorough preparation, clear advice, creative problem-solving and fearless advocacy. His practice is built on the principles of being accessible to the lay and professional clients who instruct him, fighting his hardest for those he represents and leaving no stone unturned in trying to secure a successful outcome for his clients.
