Jane regularly appears at the First-Tier Tribunal and Upper Tier of the Immigration and Asylum Chamber in appeals and Judicial Reviews. She has also appeared in Judicial Review hearings in The High Court and permission hearings in the Court of Appeal

Prior to Call to the Bar in 2003 , Jane lived and worked in France, and is bilingual in French. She also had a career in the UK in management within the call centre outsourcing sector,  and is known for her client care skills.
