Immigration and Public Law Barrister

Within Immigration, he regularly represents Appellants in the First-tier and Upper Tribunals in respect of appeals, Judicial Reviews, and bail applications. He is used to dealing with complex cases involving Appellants from all over the world. He has also represented individuals in both the High Court and the Court of Appeal.

Kim has previously represented the Home Office in both the First-tier Tribunal and the High Court, meaning he is able to identify potential weaknesses in cases early and address them. Kim previously worked directly with clients for many years, meaning he has a detailed knowledge of procedure as well as the law.

Kim also regularly offers training on developments in Immigration Law, and assists many organisations on a Pro Bono basis.

Family Barrister

Within Family Law, Kim regularly accepts instructions in child arrangement disputes and has represented both mothers and fathers. He has acted at all types of hearing within child arrangement cases including multi-day Fact Finding hearings. He also has experience working on many other family law cases.
