Call: 2012

"Eloquent submissions on behalf of the Appellant today."

Judiciary

"You have been extremely well-represented. I cannot think of any argument that could have been made that was not made. The background is quite complicated, but I am satisfied that I have all salient details."

Judiciary

"Amongst the bail applications I have heard in 2018, this was presented particularly well by counsel. He has said everything that could be said in support of your bail application."

Judiciary

"As always, Nicholas, I can never thank you enough."

Instructing Solicitor

"On behalf of myself and my family, I'd like to show my appreciation for all your effort during the process of regularising our status in this country. It is such a great process from the very first day we approached you on our circumstances."

"Nicholas has helped BID develop its approach in bail cases so as to gain release for some of the most complex and difficult cases… His clients therefore include some of the most marginalised people in the UK."
