In the field of public law, Reuben has strong judicial review experience, with particular expertise in asylum, immigration, human rights and nationality law. He is regularly instructed against central government challenging home office decisions including fresh claim rejections, removals, clearly unfounded certification, entry clearance refusals, administrative reviews, delays in decision-making, age disputes and unlawful detention cases.
