Siobhan became a tenant of Goldsmith Chambers upon successful completion of pupillage in April 2024.
She has a busy criminal and civil practice and is regularly instructed in a wide range of matters on both a publicly and privately funded basis.
She accepts instructions to both defend and prosecute the full range of criminal cases. These include violent offences, domestic abuse, drugs, offensive weapons, robbery, theft/fraud, and sexual offences. She is on the CPS Advocate Panel at Level 1.
Siobhan is developing a broad practice encompassing Chambers’ civil litigation areas with a particular focus on Landlord and Tenant disputes.
Siobhan has a particular talent for engaging with young people and vulnerable clients and/or witnesses due to her conscientious and tactful approach. Prior to coming to the Bar, Siobhan qualified as a Legal Advisor at one of London’s busiest Magistrate’s Courts.
In addition, Siobhan also worked as a property litigation paralegal at a top law firm and a housing management paralegal at a well-known high street firm. As a result, Siobhan has experience in drafting pleadings in civil claims and written advice.

- R v DR – Basildon CC (2024) – acting on behalf of the CPS, secured a conviction for dwelling burglary.
- R v DD & ors – Oxford CC (2024) – acting on behalf of the CPS, prosecuting a case involving multiple defendants cell site analysis and a considerable amount of telephone data.
- R v JT – Peterborough CC (2025) – represented a vulnerable defendant acquitted of ABH in a domestic context.
- R v BL – Chelmsford CC (2025) – acting on behalf of the CPS in POCA proceeding, following the seizure of over £250,000 worth of cannabis.

- R v IC & ors – Inner London CC (2025) – represented a defendant in a three-handed drugs conspiracy using a business as a front. The case involved lengthy disclosure containing business records and phone data.

- TK v SR & ors – Luton CC (2024) – represented the claimant and successfully obtained possession following a multi-track trial with a complex counterclaim for disrepair, harassment and breach of s.213 of the Housing Act 2004.
- Director of Border Revenue v AW (2025) – acting on behalf of the DBR in condemnation proceedings following the seizure of cannabis at Heathrow airport.
