Meyrick Williams and Toby Roseman successful in prosecuting multi-handed robberies/aggravated burglaries

News

Meyrick Williams leading Toby Roseman obtained convictions last month after a failed attempt to rob a cannabis factory near Luton by the nine defendants. Both were instructed just before the trial date as a very late return with a considerable amount of work and effort, particularly from Toby in order to set out the strongest case possible. The trial was due to take 6 weeks but after a delayed start and 4 days at Court all defendants entered guilty pleas. One defendant, the ninth, was not ultimately proceeded against but is currently serving a significant custodial sentence under the dangerousness provisions.
