HM Coroner appointment

Martin Khoshdel secures acquittal in 9 handed prison Affray

Martin Khoshdel successfully represented a Defendant who was indicted on a charge of Affray in Prison with 8 other Defendants. The evidence included CCTV showing prisoners fighting, throwing missiles and using weapons. Martin’s Client was acquitted after Trial.
