Charlotte Bull successfully prosecutes a rape and attempted rape at Croydon Youth Court

Charlotte secured convictions for rape and attempted rape in a 7 day youth court trial, involving a child defendant and child complainant. The defendant was found guilty on full prosecution facts. During the trial Charlotte also successfully opposed an Abuse of Process argument made by defence on the grounds of delay, lost evidence and disclosure.
