Sarah Pinder appointed as Judge of the Upper Tribunal

Chambers is delighted to announce that Sarah Pinder, a senior practitioner in the Immigration and Public Law team, has been appointed as a Judge of the Upper Tribunal and has been assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber. She will be leaving the Bar and will start her new full-time appointment on 2nd September 2024.

Sarah Pinder led the Immigration and Public Law team jointly with her colleague, Samina Iqbal from 2018 until May 2023. She will be missed in Chambers but will no doubt be an asset to the judiciary for many years to come.
