Covid-19: Chambers Update

News

In light of the Government’s announcement that non-essential contact and travel should be avoided, we are taking steps to reduce risks to our Staff, Barristers and Clients, whilst ensuring that Chambers can continue to operate as normal.

With effect from 20th March, all staff will be working from home.

During this time we will have full access to our computer systems and emails will be dealt with as usual. We encourage as many as possible to email rather than telephone us. If you must call, please call the staff’s direct lines as opposed to our main number. The direct lines are:

John Francis – 0207 427 6807 (All teams / Crime)

Lynn Pilkington – 0207 427 6860 (Crime)

Michael Johnson – 0207 427 7173 (Crime)

We also request that material is provided digitally rather than in hard copy, as there will be no one in Chambers to accept hard copy material.

During the period staff are working from home, we are arranging for conferences to be held via telephone, or skype.

Thank you for your cooperation during this period.
