Last month Meyrick Williams, member of Chambers and on behalf of the Proceeds of Crime Lawyers Association, and with some assistance form Marie de Redman who also attended, organised a joint conference with the Scottish Bar in Edinburgh, The Key Note Speaker was Lord Toulson of the UKSC but with others including the Solicitor-General for Scotland and head of the SFO’s proceeds of crime and from the CPS.
