Steven M. Wise, founder and president of the Nonhuman Rights Project (NhRP) is providing an update about the litigation in the USA, which is seeking to secure personhood for nonhuman animals, achievements to date and the road ahead.

and

Camille Labchuck, lawyer and executive director of Animal Justice, a national animal-law advocacy organisation in Canada talks about current issues in Canada, hot topics and  future challenges.
