Jan Doerfel (2000) – Jan is a direct access barrister who has been practising in the field of immigration, asylum and human rights law for over 17 years. He is extremely passionate about getting justice for his clients and is regularly called upon by the media to comment on immigration and human rights issues.
Jan is interested in all immigration matters in particular cases involving adult dependent relatives and the use of UN mechanisms to advance individual cases. He also lobbies internationally on UK human rights trends. You can access Jan’s profile here.
