Many congratulations to Charlotte Bull, one of our current pupils, who, as part of her Winston Churchill Memorial Trust Scholarship, travelled to the USA to research therapeutic jurisprudence in specialist Courts. Charlotte has published a paper entitled ‘Problem-Solving Courts in USA: what lessons for the criminal justice system of England and Wales?’ This paper can be found on the following link:  http://www.wcmt.org.uk/users/charlottebull2015

Chambers is further delighted to announce that Charlotte has been selected to present and discuss her findings, published in this paper, at the forthcoming Advocate’s Gateway 2nd International Conference, which is a major conference organised by the Inns of Court College of Advocacy (ICCA) taking place over 2 days on the 2nd and 3rd June 2017, at the Law Society, Chancery Lane. Charlotte will be co-presenting with Hayden Henderson and Penelope Gibbs on a session entitled “Effective Participation”.
