Goldsmith Chambers was delighted to have facilitated a major international webinar on Cryptocurrency challenges.
The event was chaired by Paul Mylvaganam with Anthony Metzer QC as one of the speakers. Paul has been working abroad for a number of years as a consultant on projects for the UK Foreign Office and Chambers were delighted that he was able to facilitate this event.
The Goldsmiths’s contingent were joined by experts in the field of asset recovery and commercial and criminal litigation; James Ramsden QC, Piers Rake from FTI Consulting , Amanda Wick from Chainaylsis ( a cryptotracing company) and Aidan Larkin an AR expert.
The event attracted over 470 registrants, spanning from Kenya to Singapore including involvement from Bar Presidents of India, Singapore, Seychelles, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
The themes centred around regulatory challenges for Governments, Central Banks and lawyers and Mr Justice Robin Knowles, a commercial high court judge, was kind enough to give the welcome address.
