Heather Beckett, one of Goldsmith Chambers’ Clinical Negligence and Healthcare team, has had a short research article published in February 2020 edition of The Dental Technician Magazine. The research identifies emerging themes from the outcomes of General Dental Council Fitness to Practise decisions in relation to Registered Dental Technicians and underpins suggestions that registrants facing regulatory fitness to practise proceedings should seek legal advice and engage with the regulator, in particular by attending hearings and considering professional representation
