Dr Anton van Dellen represents former partner of victim of Stephen Port in inquest hearing

News

Dr Anton van Dellen made submissions as to the appearance of bias before the Assistant Coroner for East London, Dr Shirley Radcliffe.  The Coroner reserved her decision following his submissions.  The inquest is looking into the deaths arising from the actions of Stephen Port, who drugged his four victims before their deaths in Barking, East London.  The Coroner also agreed with Dr Van Dellen’s submissions that his client be given sight of the report from the IOPC before it is publicly released.
