The High Court ruled on 18th February 2020 that a child is at high risk of FGM if she is deported to Sudan or Bahrain. The mother of the girl was represented by Karon Monaghan QC, Matrix Chambers and Dr Charlotte Proudman, Goldsmith Chambers.
