Dr Anton van Dellen represented a pharmacist facing a wide range of allegations, including multiple allegations of dishonesty and failing to implement a National Patient Safety notice. Following a 19 day hearing which heard evidence from 16 witnesses, a Fitness to Practise Panel at the General Pharmaceutical Council found there had been no dishonesty and no misconduct by the pharmacist, in a determination which was highly critical of the Hospital Trust. The pharmacist was also assisted by Oliver Mundy of FTP Support.
