Anthony Metzer QC was hosted at Surrey University as their Distinguished Discussant for the Surrey Centre for Law and Philosophy Spring Keynote address on 7th May 2019.
Anthony delivered a talk to students on criminal law focusing on applying philosophical ideas about criminality in practice as a criminal barrister and then was part of a discussion with questions from the audience. Anthony was met by Professor Robinson who opened the evening’s lecture and Dr Marie Newhouse, the Director of the Centre.
