Goldsmith Chambers was invited to speak at the International Family Law Conference 2019 on 21st March 2019, sponsored by the International Family Law Group LLP and Anthony Gold Solicitors.
Kezia Tobin of Chambers’ immigration team delivered a training session on family immigration applications, looking at how those engaged in family law proceedings may be able to secure their immigration status in the UK, and the ways in which the two jurisdictions can and should interact and overlap.
The conference was well attended with over 70 registered attendees, and topics ranging from Hague Convention cases and foreign marriages through to matrimonial finance and the impact of Brexit on UK family law.
