Three members of Chambers’ immigration team are joining JP Breytenbachs, Director and Dr Chiara Mancuso, Consultant, both of Breytenbachs Immigration Consultants to deliver a UK immigration webinar .
Sarah Pinder and Dr Chiara Mancuso will be speaking on nationality topics, including ‘double descent’ cases from the Romein litigation, Right of Abode, as well as naturalisation and registration applications more generally.
Samina Iqbal will provide an overview of the EU Settlement scheme with a particular focus on the deadlines built into the scheme and for those wishing to apply from abroad.
Pierre Georget will set out what applicants need to do in order to qualify under the Adult Dependent Relative category of the Immigration Rules and to challenge any such refusals, attempting to find a way through all of the hurdles.
