Marie de Redman and Meyrick Williams successfully defend Defendants charged with Importation of 202 kilos of Cannabis

Marie de Redman represented the first defendant and Meyrick Williams represented the third defendant in a multi-handed conspiracy to import over 200 kilograms of Cannabis into the United Kingdom.  A jury in Kingston-upon-Thames Crown court has today acquitted both Defendants along with a third man.  Two other defendants had already pleaded guilty to the conspiracy and will be sentenced at a later date.  Ms de Redman was instructed by Knightswood Solicitors and Mr Williams was instructed by Maurice Andrews Solicitors.
