Sarah Memmi secures Not Guilty verdicts in 10-day rape trial 

Sarah Memmi, instructed by Appollonia Avanzi of Noble solicitors, defended JP at Luton Crown Court in a 10-day trial. JP faced two counts of rape, one count of controlling and coercive behaviour and one count of putting in fear of violence.  The jury returned Not Guilty verdicts on all four counts.
