Samina and Sarah provide an overview of the steps and measures introduced by the Home Office and the Courts as a direct result of the Covid-19 pandemic, as they relate to immigration. This includes steps that applicants should take if their leave to remain is due to expire but they cannot leave the UK, procedures in place for lodging appeals and judicial review claims via any specific categories/policies introduced, such as with NHS workers, as well as, other important changes.
