Dominic & David secure only acquittal in Starmer Arson Trial

Dominic D’Souza, leading David Barr, (instructed by ALH Solicitors) successfully secured the only acquittal in the trial of three men accused of conspiring to commit arson in respect of properties and a vehicle linked to the Prime Minister, Sir Keir Starmer. Their client was accused of conspiring with others, acting under the direction of a figure known as ‘El Money’ who communicated in Russian. The jury acquitted Mr Pochynok after a trial spanning months at the Old Bailey.
