CJEU judgment in Banger delivered today

The full judgment in Banger C‑89/17, in which the client was represented by Anthony Metzer QC and Sanaz Saifolahi has been delivered today.  Essentially, the CJEU found in favour of Ms Banger on the issues raised.  See here for the full judgment.  A more detailed summary will be made available shortly.

UK Wellness for Law Forum

Anthony Metzer QC is a guest speaker at the annual UK Wellness for Law Forum which is being held by The Honourable Society of Inner Temple on Friday 6th July 2018. Anthony Metzer QC will be speaking between 11.15am and 12.30pm.  

SSHD v BANGER

Further to our previous post, the CJEU will deliver the Judgment in SSHD v Banger Case C-89/17 at 9.30am on 12th July 2018. Anthony Metzer QC and Sanaz Saifolahi represent Ms Banger.
