Goldsmith Chambers’ family team had the pleasure of co-hosting the first Law Friends Society Family Law Conference in London at Conway Hall yesterday on 23rd October 2018.
The conference included expert speakers and a specialist, high calibre programme of topics. Dr Anton van Dellen delivered a talk on TOLATA claims, Christabel McCooey an Update on Private Law Disputes, Soraya Pascoe on Temporary Removal from the Jurisdiction cases in non-Hague countries, Dr Charlotte Proudman on Female Genital Mutilation and Family Law and last but not least Bronwen Jones on Family Immigration Applications for cross-over cases.
