Marie de Redman secures acquittal in Assault by Penetration Trial
Marie de Redman, instructed by Birmingham firm Hussain Solicitors, successfully defended a 63 year old man charged with Assault by Penetration. The trial at Birmingham Crown Court lasted 5 days and involved cross examination of a vulnerable complainant with mental health issues and learning difficulties.
