Proceeds of Crime Conference

Meyrick Williams will be part of the Scottish Bar’s conference on Proceeds of Crime in Edinburgh on 7.10.19. He will be discussing Unexplained Wealth Orders [“UWOs”] and also the principle of “proportionality” in confiscation cases as it develops following R v Waya [2012] UKSC.
