CJEU judgment in Banger delivered today

The full judgment in Banger C‑89/17, in which the client was represented by Anthony Metzer QC and Sanaz Saifolahi has been delivered today.  Essentially, the CJEU found in favour of Ms Banger on the issues raised.  See here for the full judgment.  A more detailed summary will be made available shortly.
