Joanna and Charlotte present a very brief introduction to Schedule 1 cases, the criteria and powers to make financial orders under Schedule 1. In this webinar they look at the ways in which the court apply Schedule 1 in practice and at the relationship between Schedule 1 and the Child Maintenance Service (“CMS”).
